The huge changes planned at Delco Centre in York County are causing three businesses to relocate to vacant buildings elsewhere in the county
Lowe's Companies Inc. plans to demolish buildings at Delco to make way for its home-improvement store. As a result, Ollie's Bargain Outlets Inc. plans to relocate to a former Phar-Mor store in West Manchester Township.
A roller rink and Tractor Supply Co. plan to move to buildings they would redevelop, as well.
