JUSTICE DEPARTMENT GETS MORE WHITEWATER DATA.(MAIN)

Five more boxes of President Clinton's and Hillary Rodham Clinton's records detailing their investment in an Arkansas land development firm were turned over to the Justice Department Friday. Clinton pledged on Dec. 23 to give the department all of their files on the matter.

The documents arrived at the Justice Department before Attorney General Janet Reno had a chance to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Clintons' involvement in the Whitewater Development Corp. Reno, who was traveling out of town Friday, was said by a department spokesman to be reviewing possible candidates.
